By knowing what’s holding you back we can make powerful changes to your mindset.
Just by being here it tells me you’ve got a massive desire to move past these limiting beliefs. Because I know you don’t want to be stuck on the the treadmill of:
- Worrying about what other people think.
- Over analysing every ‘what if’ scenario imaginable.
- Being scared of failure.
- Passing up golden opportunities to grow!
It’s time to put a stop to pounding along that pathway – it won’t take you anywhere. Instead, let’s give you the ability to change your belief system, with the right tools. [/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”No Line” custom_height=”30″][vc_custom_heading text=”But first…
Here’s what your quiz results tell me about you.” font_container=”tag:h1|text_align:center|color:%23ee497e” google_fonts=”font_family:Oswald%3A300%2Cregular%2C700|font_style:400%20regular%3A400%3Anormal”][divider line_type=”No Line” custom_height=”30″][vc_column_text]Fear is like a rabid dog that won’t leave you the hell alone.
You can be productively ticking along with your day and BOOM there it is, popping up when you least want it – turning the rest of your day into procrastination porridge.
You can feel the weight of fear slowing you down.
The ‘what ifs’ taking over. The butterflies in your stomach. The cycle of indecision and inaction that kicks in, so you subconsciously find something (heck anything) else to do so you don’t have to face that fear.
It’s usually scrolling… Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn… Hidden under the guise of online networking so you feel like you’re still ‘doing work’, but really you’re just getting lost in what other people are doing.
So then comparisonitis starts to kick in, right babe?
That means you start thinking things like “She’s so good at putting herself out there, why can’t I?’ and “I wish I had the confidence to show up on video like that,” or “I could never speak in front of all those people.”
So you start thinking “why bother?” and subconsciously find excuses not to take action. Like, “I’m too busy today to get myself out there – I’ll do it tomorrow.”
Or “I’m not ready to speak on stage. When I have a bit more experience, better results to share, stories to tell, more self-confidence [ fill in the blank babe_______ ]…. I’ll do it.”
Maybe it shows up for you when you’re about to launch a new offer. Worrying no one will buy and it’ll be a massive flop.
Maybe it shows up for you when it comes to selling. So you don’t. You avoid it. You avoid telling people what services you provide, how they can book them and what they cost. You dance around it and keep giving away your knowledge and value hoping someone will say “hey, can I pay you to do that?”
You may not even realise you’re doing this – that’s how clever fear is.[/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”No Line” custom_height=”30″][divider line_type=”No Line” custom_height=”30″][vc_column_text]
Here’s the thing: You are not alone feeling like this.
Many high-achieving women like you feel fear. Fear the unknown. Fear failure. Heck, fear of success! <— Yes, totally real fear.
But if you let it, fear will keep you in your comfort zone.
The gut wrench you feel when you think about stepping out of that comfort zone will make you retract to where it’s nice and safe.
It’ll keep you playing smaller than you are capable of.
Treading water instead of freestyling forward at olympic speed.
But you have the power to intentionally choose your thoughts. You do not need to carry yesterday’s fear and doubt into today.
So what do you say babe?
Are you ready to blast past your fear, leave your comfort zone, and skyrocket your success? For Busting Through Fear” font_container=”tag:h1|text_align:center|color:%23ee497e” google_fonts=”font_family:Oswald%3A300%2Cregular%2C700|font_style:400%20regular%3A400%3Anormal”][divider line_type=”No Line” custom_height=”20″][vc_column_text]I refuse to let you be slowed down by fear, babe. Here are 3 steps to tackle fear head on.
1. Write down what you are afraid of
To break down feelings of fear you must acknowledge they exist and embrace them.
A good way to do this is to journal. Each morning ask yourself:
- Do I feel anxious, nervous, worried, or fearful about achieving any of the tasks or goals I have in my business?
- If yes, which of these tasks or goals make you feel this way (and what is that feeling)?
- What is it about that task or goal that makes you feel that way? Try to identify it. Write anything that comes to mind.
- What practical steps can I take to settle these fears and move forward, even if it’s just a small step forward.
Imagine you have got over that specific worry or fear and you’ve achieved your goal. How do you feel? Visualise yourself – what would that look like for you? Write it down as if it’s already happened. Do this every day – it will strengthen your belief mindset and will motivate you to take positive action.[/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”No Line” custom_height=”20″][divider line_type=”No Line” custom_height=”40″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row type=”in_container” full_screen_row_position=”middle” scene_position=”center” text_color=”dark” text_align=”left” overlay_strength=”0.3″ shape_divider_position=”bottom”][vc_column column_padding=”no-extra-padding” column_padding_position=”all” background_color_opacity=”1″ background_hover_color_opacity=”1″ column_shadow=”none” column_border_radius=”none” width=”1/2″ tablet_text_alignment=”default” phone_text_alignment=”default” column_border_width=”none” column_border_style=”solid”][vc_column_text]
2. Do the scary-ass sh*t
The more you increase your exposure to the thing you are fearful of, the more you will get used to it. As you do this you will begin to build evidence that nothing bad is going to happen.
Start off small. Pick one thing to face your fear of e.g. putting yourself out there on video and face that fear daily.

The more you challenge yourself to #justf**k*ngdoit the easier it’ll get! So do it over and over again. Play it on repeat.
Babe, fear wants to keep you safe. So anytime you want to step out of your comfort zone, fear will show up.
Acknowledge it, thank it for trying to keep you safe, and tell it you are going to #JFDI anyway. Then go and get that sh*t done! [/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”No Line” custom_height=”40″][vc_column_text]
3. Remember failure is a given
I know this probably feels like a massive spanner in the works – you’re probably thinking “Nat, WTF?”
But chick, failure is a given. It’s how you deal with failure that counts.
Albert Einstein said that “Failure is success in progress”.
I’ve walked through the fire of failure several times over.
Did I let it stop me? HELL NO!
Did I feel a bit shit? Yep. But I pulled up my big girl pants and learnt from it each and every time. And in doing so I got the BEST lessons and insights that make me come back more determined each time.
So go forth. Don’t be afraid to fail. Look at the potential that ‘failure’ gives you to learn, improve, and grow.
When you reframe it in that light it gives you control over your fear – because what’s the worst that could happen? You could come back with something even more magnificent![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row type=”in_container” full_screen_row_position=”middle” bg_color=”#655aa7″ scene_position=”center” text_color=”light” text_align=”center” overlay_strength=”0.3″ shape_divider_position=”bottom” shape_type=””][vc_column column_padding=”no-extra-padding” column_padding_position=”all” background_color_opacity=”1″ background_hover_color_opacity=”1″ column_shadow=”none” column_border_radius=”none” width=”1/6″ tablet_text_alignment=”default” phone_text_alignment=”default” column_border_width=”none” column_border_style=”solid”][/vc_column][vc_column column_padding=”no-extra-padding” column_padding_position=”all” background_color_opacity=”1″ background_hover_color_opacity=”1″ column_shadow=”none” column_border_radius=”none” width=”2/3″ tablet_text_alignment=”default” phone_text_alignment=”default” column_border_width=”none” column_border_style=”solid”][divider line_type=”No Line” custom_height=”30″][split_line_heading]
