Before you crack into this worksheet, take some time to really dig deep and really nail your intentions for the year ahead. Use the prompts below to help you choose your words or phrases to shape your year and keep your strategic plan on point.

The one-page biz planner is your high-level guide, your ultimate blueprint for the year that’s about to unfold. Check out my example biz planner to get a clear idea of how to use the worksheet. 

  • Word: What’s that one word that encapsulates the energy, the feeling, the ultimate outcome you’re calling in for the next 12 months? Let it be bold, expansive, and uniquely yours.
  • Focus: What is the ONE big thing you’ll be dedicating your primary attention to this year? What’s the main area of growth or impact?
  • Strategy: What’s your single, overarching approach to achieve that focus? This isn’t a long list of tactics, but your core method.
  • Plan: What’s the ONE main plan that will bring your strategy to life? This is the high-level roadmap, not every tiny detail.
  • Vibe: How do you want this year to feel? Describe the energetic essence of your activated, unstoppable year.

  • Appointments with Clients: List any client appointments or key meetings.
  • Upcoming To Do’s (Monthly Tasks): Keep your monthly priorities in sight.
  • Content Creation/Ideas/Clients to Follow: Jot down any new content ideas or specific clients you need to follow up with.
  • How Can the Universe Help: What are you open to receiving support with today?
  • Weekly Money Goals: Money Flowing In: What’s your weekly revenue target?

This consistent daily action is the real engine behind your biggest dreams. It’s the simple, nonnegotiable habit that transforms intention into income, and aspiration into activation.
